Reed Sexter is the Managing Partner of RPS Law Partners. Mr. Sexter has more than 20 years of commercial real estate and general business transactional law experience representing landlords, tenants, borrowers, developers and lenders. He concentrates his practice on the acquisition and disposition of all asset classes of commercial real estate projects; commercial office, retail and industrial leasing (including ground leasing) for both landlords and tenants; real estate development; and real estate finance on behalf of institutional and non-institutional lenders and national and regional lenders and borrowers.
