Reed Sexter is the Managing Partner of RPS Law Partners. Mr. Sexter has more than 20 years of commercial real estate and general business transactional law experience representing landlords, tenants, borrowers, developers and lenders. He concentrates his practice on the acquisition and disposition of all asset classes of commercial real estate projects; commercial office, retail and industrial leasing (including ground leasing) for both landlords and tenants; real estate development; and real estate finance on behalf of institutional and non-institutional lenders and national and regional lenders and borrowers.

Reed is known as a consummate dealmaker and strategist enabling him to help his clients structure, negotiate and close their transactions as expeditiously as possible while also protecting their interests to the fullest extent possible. He represents local, national and institutional and non-institutional investors, lenders and owners in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, financing, joint venture and related matters for all commercial real estate asset classes, which include office, industrial, hospitality, retail, residential and mixed-use properties.

Representative clients include Fortune 500 companies, opportunity zone funds, family offices and other investors, developers, REITs, financial institutions, mezzanine lenders, law firms, non-profit institutions, trade associations, foreign governments and foreign investors and real estate funds.
