Because we have been fortunate to represent all types of commercial real estate clients over a period of more than twenty years, we have developed a highly sophisticated commercial real estate practice for our clients with complex structuring requirements.

Our real estate clients include national, regional and institutional developers, borrowers, sponsors, investors, family offices, lenders, debt funds, landlords and tenants. We are truly a one-stop shop firm for any type of legal service required for a commercial real estate transaction. At RPS Law Partners, our approach to the practice of law is unique in that all of our attorneys have at least twenty years of commercial real estate experience at a very high level. As a result, we don’t use our clients’ valuable resources to train “junior level” associates.
